What makes Pet Palace Hotels different from pet sitting and other dog boarding facilities? Our accommodations and friendly, trained Pet Care Specialists.
Pet Palace Hotels is your pet’s home away from home. We are the place for your four-legged fur babies to run, play, socialize, and have a tail-wagging good time. Your pet will be cared for in a safe, comfortable environment made just for them. From comfy sleeping accommodations to supervised play areas full of toys, our trained staff will keep your pets busy in a fun, safe, and friendly environment.
If you would like your pet to enjoy breakfast and a snack while at doggie daycare, food will need to be provided or is available for an additional $4.00 charge.
Please inform us of your pet’s exercise tolerance so that we may accommodate their needs. At Pet Palace Hotels, your pet’s safety, comfort and happiness are our top priorities.
Need a ride? Pet valet is available as an add-on service. Please inquire upon booking.
Dogs must be current on rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations and cats must be current on rabies and distemper (FVRCP) vaccinations – proof is required. We will gladly request that your vet fax over proof of vaccinations for our records or you may bring those records with you.
Your pets health and happiness is our primary concern. We do not require your dog to be neutered, but highly encourage it due to excessive mounting, aggression and other undesirable behaviors. Please understand that doggie daycare is not without risk to any pet. Dogs are supervised at all times, however instances can arise at anytime that cannot be avoided. If at anytime our staff notices an injury or medical problem you will be contacted immediately. All breeds are welcome, but we will turn dogs away if we find their temperament is too dangerous for our other guests or our staff, at our discretion.
If you are new to our facility and are planning a visit, either for daycare, grooming, or boarding, please fill out our New Client Forms and our Boarding Registration Form to save time during your first visit.
